Build, engage and manage MEEDEN online community in the US
Plan and execute online activities to increase MEEDEN’s community engagement and brand awareness
Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
Monitor forums and social media channels with an aim to conciliate and serve the customers’ technical needs
Build and execute marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Creatively integrate online community interactions into MEEDEN campaigns and happenings
Collaborate with other departments and external parties if required to manage brand reputation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline
2-5 years’ experience with interactive marketing concepts & technologies – web, search, social media, event management, community & mobile
Experience in developing creative and strategically effective campaigns
Highly self-motivated, organised and professional, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of immediate team to achieve desired results
Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation
Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
Excellent social and communication skills
Passionate about art, woodcraft, knowledge about paint, art materials and the trend of it
Social Media Operator
Manage the global social media calendar for MEEDEN, coordinating the overall social media strategy, while interfacing with regional and internal teams to streamline and control MEEDEN content on social media.
Manage the day-to-day running of our Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and other channels through posting, engaging, and monitoring.
Coordinate the creation of social media assets and maintain visual brand identity of MEEDEN on social.
Working alongside key internal teams (product marketing, brand management, public relations, etc.) manage the social media strategy of MEEDEN with a focus on growing reach and engagement.
Collaborate with creative agencies and social media platform teams to ensure MEEDEN follows industry best practices, and develops content that maximizes exposure and reach, according to changes in social media algorithms and trends
set, update, and report on global social media KPIs, update the strategy where necessary.
Actively participate in internal project groups to coordinate the social media strategy for MEEDEN across key products and major company milestones
Stay on top of the latest social trends, and proactively share insights within the organization
Stay on top of the social media strategies employed by direct MEEDEN competitors and proactively analyze and report on learnings brands with competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development
Passionately concept ualise, develop, and publish original content for use on social media, with an eye for maximizing engagement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years of social media and content development experience
Comprehensive understanding of social media best practices and algorithms
Fantastic writing and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Thorough understanding of the art field and culture.
This job is based in Beijing, China. Remote work is not currently available.
Knowledge of social listening tools (Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) and paid media is a plus.
Proficiency in Mandarin is not required, but a major plus.
